Delaware County Warrant RecordsDelaware County Warrant Records

The city printed on the citation tells you where to begin. Grove, Jay, West Siloam Springs, Colcord, and Kansas each run their own municipal court contact, and a city warrant can sit in that local court without ever appearing on the Delaware County Sheriff's curated page. Keep your citation number and court date at hand. Ask the municipal clerk about a failure to appear, the fine, a recall, your appearance, or how payment affects the case. For a District Court case, go to the county Court Clerk; for execution or custody questions, the Sheriff.

How Municipal Court Warrants Work

Oklahoma municipal courts are courts of limited jurisdiction for local ordinance, traffic, and related misdemeanor matters, and the city or court clerk keeps the citation, fine, appearance, and warrant files. A Delaware County District Court docket is separate. A city warrant in these courts often follows a missed court date or an unresolved court obligation. No single municipal search covers the whole county. Use the city named on your ticket. Ask whether the matter stayed in city court. Then confirm whether it moved into another process before you rely on any single record.

Bernice and Oaks also appear in Delaware County history. Neither one offers a dedicated interface for checking a municipal warrant.

Delaware County Municipal Warrant Checks

The city court comes first in Delaware County. Grove names Laura Davila as keeper of its citation and warrant records. Jay's official pages describe municipal jurisdiction and send ticket questions to Police. West Siloam Springs lists Mindy Keaton. Colcord and Kansas ask for a Town Hall or Police call because neither city posts a separate court form.

  1. Read the municipality on the citation and keep its case number.
  2. Call the city clerk, Police, or Town Hall using the official city page.
  3. Ask whether a missed date, FTA, warrant, balance, or judge action appears.
  4. Ask whether payment alone recalls the warrant or whether an appearance is needed.
  5. Use OSCN and the Delaware County Court Clerk when the paper names District Court, then use the Sheriff only for law-enforcement confirmation.

A thin city page is not proof that no record exists. In Delaware County, a human contact is the documented route for Colcord and Kansas.

Municipal Warrants: What They Show

A Delaware County city clerk may rely on local fields rather than a public search form. Have this list ready when you call. It is a checklist, not a live record, and the sample number is fictional.

City and courtThe municipality and municipal court named on the citation.
Citation or case numberMC-EXAMPLE-0000, sample text only.
Charge or ordinanceThe traffic, ordinance, or misdemeanor line on the paper.
Appearance dateThe date that may connect to an FTA or bench-warrant event.
Fine and costsCurrent local balance, confirmed by the city court.
Status and next stepFTA, warrant, recall, payment, appearance, or judge instruction.

Ask whether a city record feeds any county or law-enforcement system. Being inside Delaware County does not make it so.

Delaware County Grove Municipal Warrant Records

Grove's Municipal Court page posts a Wednesday 9:00 a.m. session in Council Chambers at 1201 NEO Loop. Court Clerk Laura Davila can be reached at 918-786-6107. Her office maintains citation and warrant records and takes fine or bond payments. The page links forms and an online-payment route. Its older FAQ says payment arrangements need judge involvement, and it carries dated language about online payment, so confirm both points before relying on them. Grove Police sits separately at 11 E. 3rd Street, 918-786-6121. That number is for police routing. In Delaware County, the court clerk handles citation, payment, appearance, and local warrant questions.

Delaware County city court warrant municipal payment route

Grove's page is the official payment reference. In Delaware County, when a warrant or FTA is involved, let the court confirm what a payment link settles.

Delaware County West Siloam Municipal Warrants

West Siloam Springs' Court Clerk page names Mindy Keaton at 918-422-5101. The clerk prepares citations and warrants for signature before court. She also files documents, processes fines, and answers public-information requests. The office address is 4880 Cedar Drive, Colcord, Oklahoma 74338, and that mailing-city detail should not change the municipality named on a citation. The payment page offers online, mail, and in-person options. Ask what payment covers. If it settles only the balance, the warrant or FTA status may not change. Keep the receipt and request the exact court event.

Delaware County city court warrant Colcord municipal fallback

Colcord's official page is a human-routing example for Delaware County, not a public warrant search.

Delaware County Colcord and Kansas Warrant Routing

Colcord's official Police page lists the local route. Town Hall is at 128 S. Colcord Avenue, 918-326-4200. Hours run Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00, with a noon-to-1:00 closure. The Police number is 918-544-6133. The official page offers no separate municipal-court form, no warrant list, no clerk email, and no online status tool for Delaware County residents. Kansas Police lists 918-868-2198 and a city-linked TrafficPayment option. Kansas itself publishes no dedicated municipal-court page. A city resource guide supplies a Kansas Police address, but the Police page itself shows none, so verify before visiting.

Delaware County city court warrant Kansas municipal route

The Kansas route shows how a Delaware County city can offer an authorized payment link while still lacking a court-status record.

Delaware County Municipal Warrants Are Not District Court

Municipal courts handle city matters. Oklahoma District Court holds the general criminal jurisdiction in Delaware County. The Court Clerk keeps District Court criminal dockets, while city clerks keep local citation and ordinance files. OSCN and ODCR may index court records, but neither promises that every Delaware County municipal entry appears. The Sheriff's Most Wanted page is a limited agency publication too. It cannot clear a city warrant. Its absence does not prove a city record is missing. If a city court identifies a law-enforcement hold, ask the Sheriff the operational question while keeping the city clerk in the loop.

Delaware County Kansas Municipal Warrant Payment

Kansas's official Police page links "Citation Payable Online" to TrafficPayment. That link is a city-authorized payment entry point. It does not show that a payment posted, that an FTA was recalled, that a new appearance was set, or that a warrant is inactive. Call the city contact afterward. Give them the citation number.

Delaware County city court warrant Kansas court page gap

Delaware County's city portal covers payment only. A separate court-status check is still needed.

Clearing a Municipal Court Warrant

Clearing a Delaware County municipal warrant starts with the city clerk. Ask whether the next step is payment, proof, a judge-approved arrangement, a new appearance, a recall order, or counsel. Grove's FAQ says payment arrangements require the judge. West Siloam's payment choices do not state that payment alone recalls a warrant, and Jay, Colcord, and Kansas each need a direct question to the city route.

Keep the city case number, receipt, and staff instructions. A county traffic schedule or a Sheriff list cannot supply the city court’s current balance or recall decision.

For a District Court matter, go to the Delaware County Court Clerk. For law-enforcement execution, use the Sheriff's official contact page, and for legal strategy, use OIDS or an Oklahoma lawyer.

Delaware County Municipal Warrant Court Map

The Delaware County map shows municipal courts in Grove, Jay, West Siloam Springs, Colcord, and Kansas. Oklahoma has no separate justice-of-the-peace channel here. That does not erase local court differences. It means you should identify the named municipal court or the District Court first. If a form or paper carries another court label, quote it to the Court Clerk or the city contact. Turn to the wider Delaware County warrant check only once the issuing court is clear.
