Data You Give Us Directly
Search entries
If a visitor types a name, case number, or other term into an outside search widget, the request is sent to the provider that operates that tool. Delaware County Warrant Records does not hold the official court result and does not treat the entry as a county record.
Messages and contact details
If a visitor sends a message to the private operator, the message and any details supplied may be kept long enough to read, respond, protect the service, or meet a legal obligation. Do not send sensitive case papers or identity documents unless the recipient has provided a verified and secure method.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, ordinary web systems may record technical details about the visit, such as:
- Internet Protocol address and approximate network information.
- Browser type and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on them.
- The referring page, when available.
- Date and time of a request.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies or similar tools may help measure page use, keep the service working, or show advertising. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although some features may work differently afterward.
What We Do With This Data
- Keep the pages available and improve load speed.
- Understand which reference sections receive use.
- Find errors, abuse, and technical failures.
- Operate or measure advertising and outside search features.
- Respond to a direct message or lawful request.
Information is not assembled into an official Delaware County warrant file. The operator does not decide whether a warrant exists.
No Warrant Data on File
This private site does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of Delaware County warrants or personal warrant histories. It explains routes to the Court Clerk, municipal courts, Sheriff, VINE, Service Oklahoma, and federal PACER. Official agencies control their own records and privacy rules.
The Oklahoma Open Records Act, Title 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1 et seq., applies to official public-record access with exceptions. It does not make the site a government records custodian, and it does not give this operator a right to copy protected juvenile, sealed, victim, or active-investigation material.
Third-Party Search Partners
A search box supplied by an outside company has its own privacy policy, retention rules, pricing, and data practices. Information entered into that tool is handled by the provider. The provider’s result is not an official Court Clerk, Sheriff, city, or state record.
Review the provider’s terms before submitting a search. Do not use any third-party result for a purpose barred by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or for decisions about another person.
Links to Other Websites
Pages link to official county, city, court, state, legal-help, and federal sites, including OSCN, ODCR, the Delaware County Court Clerk, the Sheriff, and PACER. Following an external link takes the visitor under that operator’s rules.
Outside sites may use their own cookies, analytics, forms, or payment tools. Check the destination’s privacy policy before sharing personal information or paying a fee.
Who Might See Your Data
Data is not sold as a personal-data list. Depending on how a visitor uses the site, limited information may be processed by:
- Search partners that receive entries through their own widget.
- Analytics or hosting providers that support page delivery and measurement.
- Advertising services that place or measure ads.
- Service providers helping protect or maintain the site.
- Law-enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires disclosure.
Each outside provider may have a separate policy.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable administrative and technical steps may be used to limit unauthorized access, detect abuse, and keep the service available. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be risk-free. Visitors should avoid placing full birth dates, Social Security numbers, passwords, payment details, or unneeded case papers into a public form.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults handling their own public-record questions. The operator does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 18. If a minor’s information is sent directly, contact the operator with enough detail to locate it, and the operator may remove it where appropriate.
Oklahoma juvenile court records are also subject to Title 10A confidentiality rules. This site does not republish juvenile records.
Your Data Rights
Depending on the visitor’s location and the facts of a request, applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information held by a private operator. A visitor may ask what information the operator has, request correction of an error, ask for deletion where appropriate, or object to certain processing. A request may need enough detail to verify the requester and identify the material.
- Ask for a copy of personal information held by the operator.
- Request correction of an operator-controlled error.
- Ask whether deletion is available for the requested material.
- Ask how an outside search partner handles a submitted query.
These choices do not change an official court or Sheriff record. Requests involving an Oklahoma public record should go to the agency that maintains it.
Updates to This Policy
This policy may change when the site, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with an updated date. Visitors who continue to use the service after a revision accept the revised policy to the extent allowed by law.
