1. What This Website Is
Delaware County Warrant Records is privately operated. It is not a government agency, court, Sheriff’s Office, municipal court, law firm, bondsman, or consumer reporting agency. The pages explain where a reader can ask about a personal court matter, a relative’s matter with permission, or an official record-access question.
2. Informational Use Only
Content is general information and routing help. It is not an official warrant result, legal opinion, promise of current status, or instruction to appear without confirmation. Oklahoma’s Open Records Act, Title 51 O.S. §§ 24A.1 et seq., governs access to official records subject to exceptions. It does not turn this private site into a public-record custodian.
Use the issuing court or authorized agency when a decision depends on a current warrant, bond, payment, recall, service, or disposition.
3. Not for Screening or Locating People
The material is for civic reference and a person’s own court or custody question. It may not be used to:
- Screen a person for employment, housing, tenancy, credit, insurance, or another regulated decision.
- Locate, follow, monitor, or target another person.
- Stalk, threaten, harass, intimidate, or attempt private enforcement.
- Make a consumer report or decision covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Do not use the Sheriff’s Most Wanted description to contact or apprehend anyone.
4. Rules for Using This Site
Visitors agree to use the pages lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with another visitor’s access. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Breaking federal, Oklahoma, or local law.
- Trying to access systems, accounts, or data without permission.
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the pages.
- Introducing code or traffic that harms the service.
- Submitting sensitive personal data that is not needed for a private reference question.
5. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Nothing here may be used to decide whether to hire, house, insure, lend to, license, or otherwise evaluate another person. Official court information can be incomplete, stale, restricted, or misidentified, and it must be verified for any lawful purpose with the office that maintains it.
6. No Legal Advice
Nothing on the site creates an attorney-client relationship or gives legal advice. Warrant recall, quash, bond, surrender, cross-county service, federal procedure, juvenile records, and identity disputes depend on the actual case. Consult the issuing court, OIDS, or an Oklahoma lawyer.
7. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed
Phones, addresses, hours, fees, payment links, calendars, and public interfaces can change. A Sheriff list may state that it is not current. A city page may contain old and new payment information. We do not promise that:
- Every detail is accurate, complete, or current.
- A page will remain available without interruption.
- Pages will be free of defects or security risks.
- An outside search result will be complete or correctly matched.
- A missing result means that no warrant exists.
Call the official office before traveling or sending money.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
Some pages contain a general search widget or links to OSCN, ODCR, city pages, Service Oklahoma, legal-help services, PACER, or law-enforcement sources. Outside providers control their own terms, costs, privacy rules, and results. A provider’s result is not a Court Clerk or Sheriff confirmation.
9. Intellectual Property
Page text, organization, branding, and local summaries belong to the operator or its licensors unless a source states otherwise. Visitors may read and share ordinary links for lawful personal reference. Copying a private-person roster, image, or official page content for a separate list is not authorized by these terms.
10. Limits on Our Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for losses or harm arising from reliance on an outdated page, an outside search result, an official agency change, an address or phone discrepancy, a payment decision, a court appearance, an arrest, or a third-party site. Visitors remain responsible for verifying official information.
11. Indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, a visitor agrees to protect the operator and its service providers from claims, losses, or costs caused by unlawful use, misuse of a third-party tool, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
12. Governing Law
These terms are intended to be read under applicable United States and Oklahoma law, without changing the authority of the court or agency that maintains an official record. A conflict between these terms and a destination site’s terms is governed by the destination site for that outside service.
13. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised when the service, providers, law, or local reference material changes. The current text appears on this page with an effective date. Continued use after a revision means the visitor accepts the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can this site confirm a warrant?
No. The issuing Court Clerk, municipal court, Sheriff, jail, or federal record system must confirm the actual matter. Begin with the Delaware County warrant check to find the right route.
Does a clear result prove no warrant exists?
No. A public list can be curated, delayed, incomplete, or limited to a different court. Ask the office that owns the record.
Who can recall or quash a warrant?
The issuing court controls the court order. Ask a lawyer about the lawful process and confirm the result with the court and relevant agency.
